Dr. Veneziano is double boarded in both Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. He sees patients for general orthopedic problems and injuries and specializes in sports injuries. He is fellowship trained in minimally invasive surgeries of the shoulder and knee, including ACL and meniscus tears, as well as rotator cuff and labrum tears. He has served as Chief of Orthopedics at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center for many years and is a current Board Member for the Memorial Care Surgical Center.
Since his arrival to Orange County in 2006, he has volunteered on the playing field for many schools, and currently is the team physician for Mission Viejo High School, the 2023 CIF Football State Champions, and for Soka University.
For multiple years, Dr. Veneziano has made the annual list of Orange County Physicians of Excellence published by the Orange County Medical Association (OCMA) in conjunction with Orange Coast Magazine. Additionally, Dr. Veneziano was selected by his peers as an outstanding practicing doctor in Southern California and named to the Super Doctors® list for 2025.
On a personal note, Dr. Veneziano comes from a family of orthopedic surgeons, his father and brother. Watching his father treat patients with the utmost respect and compassion inspired him to do the same in his practice. Although part of a large and busy group, he strives for his patients to never feel like a number, but to feel well taken care of and that they are an integral part of their healthcare. In his free time, Dr. Veneziano and his wife love watching their three daughters play their respective sports: hurdles in Track and Field, indoor and beach volleyball, water polo, and soccer.
